At Refill Bay Refills, we value customer satisfaction above everything else. To that extent we offer only the highest products, quick and inexpensive shipping and reliable customer support.


General Return Policy:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned for a REFUND within 30 days of purchase
  • 100% NO RISK exchange guarantee - receive 100% credit towards an equivalent replacement cartridge or store credit if the return is made within 360 days
  • If you are returning a defective product and request a REFUND, you will receive a product refund (less shipping cost) in line with the specific product category policy listed below
  • See "rules for your return" below to initiate a return

Specific Return Policy per Product Category:

COMPATIBLE or REMANUFACTURED PRINTER CARTRIDGES:

  • We offer 100% product exchange on unopened or defective product within 360 days of purchase
  • We offer 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply) within 30 days of purchase

Any cartridge returned must be at least 75% full and un-tampered with in order to qualify for return


OEM PRINTER CARTRIDGES:

  • You can return unopened product for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase
  • We do not accept opened OEM cartridges for return or exchange. All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please contact manufacturer for warranty claims

INKJET REFILLS: (this category includes ink refill kits, bulk inks, and other ink refill related accessories)

  • We offer 100% product exchange on unopened or defective product within 30 days of purchase
  • We offer 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply) within 30 days of purchase

It is important to realize that any perceived "quality" or "defective" issues with these products are usually the result of a defective cartridge that is being refilled, and not with the ink that you are refilling into the cartridge. If (before you refill your cartridge) your cartridge is already printing with streaks or lines, or if the cartridge's print heads have dried considerably due to non-use, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect, and "refilling" it will not bring it back to life. Don't expect our ink refills to perform miracles - they are intended to refill functional cartridges. It is always recommended to refill an inkjet cartridge BEFORE it completely empties and while it is still printing well, or very soon after it empties so the print heads don't dry beyond repair. Refunds / exchanges can only be offered if you provide a printout that shows that the quality problem is not with the cartridge itself, but rather with the ink in our refills.


TONER REFILLS: (this category includes toner refill kits, bulk toner, and other toner refill related accessories)

  • We offer 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply) within 30 days of purchase

It is important to realize that any perceived "quality" issues with these products are usually the result of a defective cartridge that is being refilled, and not with the toner that you are refilling into the cartridge. If (before you refill your cartridge) it is already printing with streaks, lines, or blotches, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect, and "refilling" it will not bring it back to life. Don't expect our toner refills to perform miracles - they are intended to refill functional cartridges. It is always recommended to refill only ORIGINAL toner cartridges, or remanufactured cartridges that have NEW PARTS REPLACED (such as the toner cartridges we remanufacture and sell). Since a toner cartridge has multiple moving parts, these parts do wear out and affect quality. Our refills are intended to provide the same quality prints as the last few pages that your cartridge printed before you refilled it. Refunds / exchanges can only be offered if you provide a printout that shows that the quality problem is not with the cartridge itself, but rather with the toner in our refills.


CONTINUOUS INK SYSTEMS:

  • 15% Restocking Fee applies for all returns

Most of the issues with the CISS products are related to installation. If these products are properly installed you should have no problems with these products. You can always contact us for technical assistance and we can troubleshoot the problems that you may have. All returns for CISS products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTERS:

For all equipment and machines, including Direct to Garment Printers, please note that all sales are final and no returns or refunds are permitted. All issues must be remedied per Direct to Garment Printers Terms & Warranty.

* Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error or if the product is marked "defective" by the customer but found to be in working condition


Return Procedure

Here are the rules to follow for your return:

  • You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the shipping date. No refunds are issued after 30 days for USA customers (45 days for international customers).
  • Each return MUST have an RMA number, a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Contact us to request a RMA number and be sure to indicate the reason for your return.
  • Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return. One RMA number can only be issued for one order. If you have different items from different orders, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Refill Bay will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
  • Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the return policy.
  • Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. All returns are inspected and tested.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. Refill Bay will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product. Actual shipping cost will be deducted for all returns including orders with shipping discount.
  • Please allow 4-10 business days to process your return.
  • We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period (45 days for international customers), or any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts, any photo paper that has been printed on or used.
  • Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number expires if postmarked after 10 days after a return authorization number is issued. No refund or exchange will be processed for packages with expired RMA numbers.

Declined Delivery / Address errors

All refused packages or any returns to Refill Bay due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, we will process a refund, less any shipping charges that we incurred. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to such returns.
