Should I replace the toner chip before refilling the cartridge?
- No. Always replace the toner chip after refilling your cartridge. Some cartridges have ability to detect toner level in the cartridge. If you install toner chip without adding toner, it might detect low toner level and save this information to the chip. In this case your toner chip will become useless and you will have to use new toner chip.

Will this toner chip work with non-USA printers?
- These toner chips are tested and guaranteed to work with printers manufactured for North America including USA, Canada and Mexico. Those toner chips might not work for printers released in other countries.
