I've been coming to this site for several years. It's the only place I buy toner. The website is simple, you know the compatible toners, the prices are very good, the website is great because there's not a lot of advertising. No frills, just business, which makes me respect the company even more.
The website is well designed, making it easy to find what I wanted and order it. I would have spent less than the 3 minutes I did had I not clicked on another product to see what, exactly, it was.
Product was easy to order and I received the product on time. Order tracking was also easy & was very accurate. Excellent experience & would recommend using Refill Bay for all your printer ink needs.
